The Oxford Dining Table was originally designed and made for a Craft Council Competition in the early 1980s for Pembroke College, Oxford. The Hall at Pembroke college was in the Neo-Gothic style, which is reflected in the arched centre brace. Designed ergonomically to seat 8 people comfortably. The triangulated legs with slightly angled ends create a very strong structure, which is both practical and stylish. Finished in Linseed Oil, which beautifies the wood and protects it against water damage.
