upholsters a huge variety of new chairs and sofas but if you have a favourite chair or antique sofa that you wish to keep we can also offer a re-upholstery service.

We can restore your existing frames and you can choose a new fabric from our extensive fabric library.

HISTORICAL FABRICS
Our work with bodies such as The National Trust means that we have considerable experience of working with historical fabrics which is particularly important when returning furniture to its former glory.

Customers are invited to discuss their requirements with our upholsterers. If feasible, a home visit can be made.

Our chairs and sofas are traditionally sprung using techniques from the 19th century. Traditional springing gives a far more long-lasting result as well as providing independent suspension and comfort.

From this platform we can use either traditional hair stuffing or high resilience foam. Cushions can be filled with down, feather, polyester fibre or foam.
