Conserved/restored a set of 17th Century chairs, including the re-upholstery. Also carried out work to a very large 17th Century gateleg table.

Restored several display cases including the sellers case as part of the library total refurbishment.

Made furniture using 18th Century techniques and materials for a large-scale project in 2002/2003. Conserved and restored Mr & Mrs Wordsworth’s bed, and lots of other furniture.
Sizergh Castle, Nr Kendal
Conserved and reinstalled Inlaid Chamber panelling when it returned from the V&A Museum, London. Otherwise, we have done lots of work over the years – most recently on the barge boards.

Restored/conserved panelling in the Stone Parlour following a flood in 2009. Also carried out lots of work on various sets of chairs, cabinets, sofas and settees.

Carried out work in the library as well as on various chairs, tables and chests over the years. Have also made new curtains and bed hangings for four-poster beds.
